    This product is a definite appetite suppressant! It was amazing how it made me eat less without giving me that jittery feeling. I only had about 20lbs to lose and I have been taking the alcachofa for about 2 weeks. It will make reaching my goal easier. I will order again when I run out!

    highly recommended.. los 7 pounds.. im givin my body a rest to begin again.. so far i havent gained the pound i lost.. try at breakfast with lemon juice so you wont feel the weird flavor.. or strawberry smoothie.. they do make you thirsty.. and drink plenty water.. havent worked out and still loose some weight.. i love it
